1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kiddows Global Trading Club ("Service"), operated by Mansorco FZCO ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Dubai, UAE.

By purchasing a membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Membership & Subscription

2.1 Pricing

The membership fee is $200 USD per month, billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis.

2.2 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same date as your initial purchase. You will be charged the current monthly fee unless you cancel before the renewal date.

2.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by contacting us at contact@kiddowsglobal.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

2.4 Refund Policy

No refunds are provided for the current billing period upon cancellation. If you cancel mid-month, you will not receive a prorated refund.

3. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership

All content provided through the Service – including but not limited to videos, live session recordings, PDF summaries, market analysis, educational materials, and written communications – is the intellectual property of Kiddows Global / Mansorco FZCO.

3.2 License

Upon payment, members receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the content for personal educational use only.

3.3 Prohibited Actions

Members are strictly prohibited from:

• Sharing, copying, reproducing, or distributing any content with non-members

• Recording, screenshotting, or screen-capturing live sessions or video content

• Sharing login credentials, invitation links, or access details with third parties

• Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting any content

• Downloading content for purposes other than personal viewing

4. Member Conduct

4.1 Community Guidelines

Members are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior in all community channels, including Telegram groups and live sessions.

4.2 Prohibited Behavior

The following behavior is prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind

• Spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional content

• Sharing harmful, misleading, or defamatory content

• Impersonation of team members or other members

• Any activity that disrupts the community or Service

5. Termination

5.1 Termination by Company

We reserve the right to terminate your membership immediately, without refund, if you:

• Violate any of these Terms

• Share content or access with non-members

• Engage in prohibited behavior

• Fail to make payment after a reasonable grace period

5.2 Termination by Member

You may cancel your membership at any time as outlined in Section 2.3. Upon cancellation or termination, you will lose access to all content, channels, and resources.

5.3 Right to Refuse

Kiddows Global reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership to any individual at its sole discretion.

5.4 Fraud Prevention & Manual Verification We reserve the right to delay or deny access if a transaction is flagged as high-risk or potentially fraudulent by our payment processors. Membership and access to our Telegram channels are subject to manual verification of the provided Telegram username. We may request identity verification (KYC) at our sole discretion before granting access.

6.1 Educational Purpose Only
